Dofu, made less sweet, is a light and refreshing dessert, which you can customise to suit your palette with more than 30 toppings to choose from, and they are all alcohol-free. Made from black soy beans instead of dairy-based products, Dofu ice cream and chilled pudding contains no gelatin nor milk, making it a healthy and vegan-friendly option.
There are no added fats in the ice cream, as soy beans contain natural healthy fats such as alpha-linolenic acid (a type of omega-3 fatty acid), which is good for the heart.
To achieve the darker shade of grey, Bamboo Charcoal is used, which is a natural ingredient with multiple benefits as well, such as improving metabolism and blood circulation. No artificial colouring or flavouring is added to the Dofu Ice Cream and Pudding base.
